Rubber Dispersant PK-800

Uses:
This product is applicable in natural and synthetic rubber, and has apparent peptizing property and high dispersibility for rubber. It can shorten the mixing time, accelerate the dispersing of fillers, make the rubber highly homogenized, and effectively prevent from blooming. It can be used in tyres, butyl inner tubes and other rubber products. (It is especially suitable to process rubber shoe compression moulding products and butyl inner tube extruding products. )
non-toxic and pollution-free, basic dosage is 0.1-0.5 portion.

Appearance light yellow or yellow Lump
Loss on heat45°C/1h ≤% 0.5
Ash 800°C/1h ≤% 5

Packing & storage :
25kg paper-plastic bag, storage period is one year if prevent sun from shining, making no difference to product quality.
