G-108
Uses:
G-108 is the complex of mphenylenediamine and phenol type resin, it can improve the resistance of rubber material to tear, especially it can improve abrasion and puncture resistance of belt and bias truck tyre. Dosage is about 2.5 portion. It can reduce the dosage of resorcin and binder when it is used in tire and offer better adhesion between aged steel wire (nylon) cord yarn and rubber that traditional m-methyl-white system. Moreover, it can greatly improve quality and lower cost.
